Alan Helfer from Talon Air in Soldotna, Alaska shows some extreme Cessna Caravan float flying in his Honeywell TPE331-12JR powered Supervan 900 modified by Texas Turbine Conversions, Inc.

    Super aircraft ! I’ve flown on a Supervan900 C208 one day and it’s an amasing Cessna ! What is that song ?

    Yes. I just haven’t had the time to dub the video. The Supervan 900 was not only impressive from raw horsepower, but also the engine power response. The video is coming and you will not be disappointed!

    Hopefully we will be able to offer the conversion on the G1000 airplanes shortly, which would give customers a choice on that as well. It is awesome power for the Caravan. It makes the amphibian a whole new airplane.

    That is amazing, 10-11 seconds and he is off the water, seen another take off and again 10 seconds off the water, you think Cessna would offer this as a factory option, I think I would prefer to have this power than fancy windex cockpit

    Great video! At 1:22 it looks like he is pulling it off way too soon but it just climbs like hell!
