    I think with the …
I think with the existing competition out there, the Breezer and the Remos to name two, Cessna is arriving on the market with a lesser plane. Also, I understand this is powered by a 1940’s technology Lycoming 0-200. The others come with the Rotax, which runs on auto gas without detuning it. Textron owns Lycoming and Cessna, so that’s why, but still, they are launching a plane that is surpassed by the competition before the first one has even been sold. And it’s Chinese. I’d rather buy German.

    It’s made in China. …
    It’s made in China.

How can a plane made from lead fly at all?

I picked up my Beech Musketeer for under $25,000.

    At least this …
At least this company is making a product that is more affordable for the next generation of pilots. Keep shouting “buy only American!” and you’ll wonder why no one has the money to train to fly, and why you see fewer and fewer pilots in the sky.

    The worst intro I …
The worst intro I have ever seen! More than half of the clip is meaningless sales sizzle! And it’s not electric or at least a diesel, it has to be garbage.

I was excited, until I found out it is made in China. We can make great aircraft here while creating and supporting local jobs.

    It seems like …
It seems like something that would be fun to rent, I could never see owning one at that price there’s just too many options around that price tag to get a 2 place 100hp w/ G200. I can’t wait to rent one though! I don’t care where it’s built, it’s going to make the US airport it’s tied down at way more money than China!

The United Nations still categorizes China as a developing nation (3rd world, argurably second though there is no one encompasing definition for this). Look it up.

    Third World is a …
Third World is a name given to nations that are generally considered to be underdeveloped economically. The economist and demographer Alfred Sauvy, coined the term Third World in referring to countries currently called either “developing” or “under-developed”, especially in Latin America, Africa, and Oceania. For the most part, Third World did not include China!!!.
