What are the limits for the cowl flaps on a Cessna 421 Golden Eagle when they are closed? Open?

What are the limits for the cowl flaps on a Cessna 421 Golden Eagle when they are closed? Open?
When rigging what is the reading I should be getting on the potentiometer?
I also want to know if there are limits as to the ditance betweek the cowl flap and the cowling and exhaust tube when closed/open.
