are there any flight schools which sponsor for CFI?

Hello Sir,
My name is Amey Bhawkar and I m an Indian National holding a Current FAA appproved commercial pilot certificate with instrument and multi engine rating!!

I completed my training in April,2008,and My aviation record so far has been accident free and safe!!
I have a total of 257 hrs. with 25 hrs. on the multi engine.
I want tyo know r there any flight schools which require CFI,CFII s and r ready to sponsor?
i m interested and then further i can work and repay them!!

Hi Amey,

Congratulations on the Commercial Certificate! That's a big accomplishment. I think the best thing to do would be to take a student loan to finish up CFI and/or CFII training. After you get the rating(s) and get hired by a flight school, you can then begin to pay off the loan. I don't think you would have very good luck finding an internship-type learn/teach program.
