    Yeah. I got about 4.5 hours out of my Army flight club. Out on a medical, and just have never had the money to go back and get my ticket. I did have the opportunity to get my part 65 maint ticket on the government dime as part of my disability though.

    It’s just such a shame that general aviation has gotton so expensive. There has never been such a thrill as that first unassisted takeoff and landing. Yeah, when that ground starts coming up awful fast, you never forget it. I really miss flying.
