    When oil prices are …
When oil prices are falling and the pump prices for gas are going up if you have the ability to wait for a fillup doing this will drop the price back down b/c demand will lessen and their jacking with the prices will cost those chumps money. They bet on oil going up when it doesn’t they loose money and hesitate to do that again. Futures the very ones that keep raking in all the profits just b/c a bum throws a rock toward an enemy in the middle east. Don’t let them get a cent.

    to costs money to …
to costs money to deliver the gas too, so depending on where you live it costs more or less, and plus price gauging isnt illegal, so the people yo buy gas from could also just be holes
