Fake FAA Rampcheck Prank – part 1 of 2

Part one of two. Lindbergh Field San Diego 1994. Our aviation company hired a new helicopter flight instructor who moved out to CA for the job. We gave him a special initiation into the club. A very colorful pilot buddy from LA came down to visit and play FAA Inspector for few minutes.
