It’d be a 206. It’s … It’d be a 206. It’s got later wingtips than a 180, and has got struts so it’s not a 210. It looks bigger than a 182 and I can’t remember seeing that front on one. As a best guess, I’d say fairly late 206. “I think the title is wrong, yes it’s bad and it’s a seaplane, but that’s certainly no landing. A ‘watering’ maybe, or even a ‘aquatic earthing’, but not a landing…

Nope. Most 210’s … Nope. Most 210’s have a fully cantilevered wing & retractable gear. I’ve never seen a 210 modded for floats. As well, they do not have the air intake below the spinner on the lower cowl (nor does the 206 and 207 if memory serves). Been a while.
