BNSF Flagstaff Meets – Part Two

An eastbound intermodal comes down the hill and into Flagstaff while a westbound approaches. As you can see, it’s pretty hard to get across town when these fleets of trains come through. Taken on 8/7/05.

    We just came back from Flagstaff. …and thinking of possibly returning on a one way trip. Having grown up on the CN in western Maine, I enjoyed the trailing unit on the westbound, a CN 2400 series GE. On our recent visit, we also saw another CN GE unit on an eastbound almost into Winslow. ….GREAT trip hot spot.

    man i live in flagg try being next to the trains about a couple blocks sleeping in your house and hearing that about five times a night
