    I did my first solo yesterday. While I was on final for my third landing, a Pitts crashed right in front of me doing a touch and go. His engine went out on him about 100 feet off the ground, and he crashed pretty hard just off to the right off the runway. I executed a go around, and came back in for a perfect landing. The pilot of the Pitts was bruised up, but he was ok. Although his plane was totaled.

    i did my solo yesterday in a 152 after 13.8 hrs 🙂 kendall tamiami exc airport miami 🙂 9L left traffic 🙂 winds 120 at 12 gusts upto 17 😉 awesome !!awesome !!! really i watched this video over and over and took the motivation !n nw posting ths comment !! this vid will inspire many aspiring aviators !! it has an awesome tune ! a tune that can motivate any single person ! butiful,butiful,thankss a lot mate !!!do great in future.i referred ths vid to many 1.and got positive replies,u rock ! m/

    I’ve flown both the 172 and 152 and although they are both great airplanes, I prefer the slightly larger 172. I tend to have a little trouble using the rudder pedals on the 152 because there is practically no spacing between my legs, the extra 6 inches of leg room works wonders on the Skyhawk. Congrats on your solo though. My instructor told me if you live through your first solo, you’re bound to be a pilot. Happy flying.

    The videographer is really good. It looked almost like a movie. Congrats on your first solo, tats a long time ago. I wish I could fly!!
