Got something to say?

@jessmister45 If you fly any aircraft by the numbers then you would have to produce 100% on take off( redline on the manifold pressure) otherwise all other considerations, emergency or otherwise will not allow you to handle the aircraft,BY THE NUMBERS,its a life or death issue.
The kids not flying the airplane, the right seat is managing the airplane,it obvious.
@luftpilot1 414 has spar A.D. The 421 doesnt. so which one is the hanger queen?
you guys are bunch of retards, im a 737 captain and my jet could climb faster with full flaps, gear down, and only one engine! hahaha suckers! actually I love the 414, beautiful airplane, 421’s are a hangar queen.
lol Part 135 maintained “Get the plane in the sky as cheap as possible without regard to reliability… You need to work for a 135 operation to know this
Still a great flight. just stating a fact that most pilots of these aircraft are improperly trained to burn engines
Don’t know about how you all fly these aircraft but I am and A&P and I know one thing that there are alot of 402/414/421 Pilots TRAINED TO ONLY GO TO REDLINE ON MP on take off. Funny considering the checklist that trumps your training says FULL THROTTLE. Might piss the mechanic off whose changing your dead cylinders.
Great APR and landig for someone my age! Im going to learn how to fly either the C414 or C421B…hope I can taxi like that on my first try haha
Looks good to me. Nice flight.
I’m 23, and have been flying since I was 17, and you handled that airplane just as well as I could! I’m seriously impressed! My first flight in a 414A was yesterday! What an amazing aircraft!
Y all these arguments?Just enjoy the flight. From 1 pilot to another good landing, if u like the 414 try an MU 2 on for size.U will not be dissapointed..
Capceo,
It’s a shame to see so many people attack you out of jealousy. The 414A is a wonderful plane and you handle it like a real professional, best of luck in your flying career!
I agree. A good landing especially for a teenager learning to fly the plane. Just checked TCDS A7CE and confirmed my suspicions, no Lycomings on any 400 series planes (or any modern Cessna twin for that matter).
If you arent a pilot, regardless of whether or not you liked my landing, KEEP YOUR UNWANTED COMMENTS TO YOURSELF. If our mechanic was constantly critiquing our flying, he wouldnt be our mechanic very long. For everyone else thats been watching and laughing…..I love how this is the first time of all the times hes said he’s an A&P that he now claims hes got Inspection Authorization…..lol
For god sakes it’s an A&P not an A@P.
Get over yourself!
If you are not a pilot and have never landed an airplane before, do not judge other pilots’ landings. Leave your “I know everything” attitude locked up in your toolbox, no one appreciates it. If you want to critique someone’s flying abilities and know what a good landing looks like, go get your pilot’s license. Otherwise, keep your comments to yourself.
av8tr, no, I am not jealous of the kid. I am NOT a pilot. I did not like that touch down. Nor the taxi, after that. I doun’t fly ’em, I fix ’em. That is my forte! I don’t fly. I fix. Peoples’ lives depend on me doing my job right. I take that duty very seriously. =Stefan= A@P/IA
What are you talking about?? First of all, there was nothing wrong with his landing, Mr. “414a specialist”. You’re just an arrogant idiot who seems to be a little jealous over the fact that there is a 16 year old kid here who could fly circles around you. Get over yourself and give the kid some respect. Hey, maybe if he needs a port-side boost pump replaced you could change it for him…since you’re the expert and all. -A&P/IA/ATP/CE500
Nice Landing. I give you a lot of credit for this.
Now arriving Gate 16, Gate 17, Gate 18…….Gate 33 lol
cap, look up the TCDS. Who looks silly now? You do know what a TCDS is? Do you even know what ARROW is? Have you ever replaced a booster pump? Oh, do you even know where the vent heater is located? How many A/C blowers does your ship have? How many fuel aux pumps are there? What does a newly rebuilt engine smell like? I know the 414A, Better than you know. I did not insult you, why did you?? I’m an FAA certificated A@P. You want my number??? Looks like we have a challenge. =Stefan=
Ok well before you go calling me a 16 year old dumbass that doesnt know how to read, maybe you should read a few of the comments before mine. Chengloki suggested that the 414A was offered with Lycoming engines. My response was that Cessna never offered a 414A or any other 400 series twin cessna with anything other than Continental engines. Hahaha….Im a dumbass? How much time do you have in the seat of a pressurized twin?
I was reffering to this comment “There has never been a 414A, or ANY 400 series cessna built or offered with Lycoming engines. As a 400 series owner, I DO KNOW THAT”.
Im not really sure which comment you are reffering to. I know there is a 414A, considering we own a 414AW, I know that the TSIO520 is a continental engine, and I never said otherwise. I may be 16 but um….so are you. way to post a myspace link with your age in your profile while you try to act all high and mighty on youtube. Believe me if you really want to argue about the 400 series airplane, we can do that, but you will lose. Ive grown up in the twin cessna, and have over 300 hours dual recie
I hate to bug into this argument, but there is a Cessna 414A, do your research. You might be 15 but you have to learn how to read. The TSO520NB is a continental engine dumbass. I work at a part 135/flight school(the link for the flight school is in my profile) here in Georgia. The part 135 operation here uses a Conquest 425, 414AW, 421C, and a Baron B58. We have charters go out every day.
