NHK Network of Tokyo Interviews Dalmatian Lover
August 18, 2010
This is another film about my battle in Riverside County CA from 96-2000 by the NHK Network out of Tokyo Japan. However, I’m now in another court battle to protect thousands of dogs and cats around the nation. I own 2.25 acres and the license, that allows me to have more than 4 requires 2.5 acres and the county will not even consider a variance. My location, 47 miles from Kingman down a long lonely dirt road, is VERY VERY VERY Remote and all 5 of my neighbors who live within 3 mile radius have supported me in writing or in person in court. Now, after 7 years here, they take me to court for having 5 dogs. I’m fighting the constitutionality of pet limit laws as they apply to me in this county. See 21stcenturycares.org I am 501c3 tax deductable and am defending myself. Pay Pal is on the bottom of my home page 21stcenturycares.org For those with checks, ( checks payable to 21st Century CARES ) my address is: Randy Warner 16224 north linda drive dolan Springs, AZ 86441 Phone 928-767-4895 Best thing people can do is to write to: Kingman Cerbat Justice Court 0801 524 Beale Street Kingman AZ 86401 And explain to them that I am no longer doing rescue of any kind, as I am now an author of humane education materials and only wish to keep my five dogs here without constantly facing charges and fines. Also explain to the courts that their county laws need re vamping. Anyone having litters can go on and have as many as they wish to have with no regulation or structure what so ever. But …

Got something to say?
Today, September 15, 2008 there is an article in the Review Journal (Las Vegas, Nevada) newspaper about Randy offering to donate one of his kidneys to a man he barely knows. On September 29th he will begin all the testing to make sure he is healthy enough and a compatible match. This should show everyone what a selfless man Randy is. He is not only an animal rights advocate, he helps humans too! What a man!
My Dalmation is almost 15 now and just as sweet and wonderful as she was as a puppy!
I love Dalmatians way more then him!
You’re living my dream life! 😀 I Hope everything goes well.
good luck with your battle, i hope you are successful in your bout
Good luck with everything. Hopefully the county will not be stubborn, because it is quite obvious that the dogs love you. Keep up the great work!
I just adopted a Dal myself and she is sooo lovely. I love them they are so hilarious.
It’s so good to see Randy and his dogs getting world-wide exposure, I really can see this snowballing and becoming an issue for the good people of this world to get behind, anyone can see how happy these dogs are, Randy you are a man in a million, keep up the wonderful work of compassion and we are all rooting for you, this is an example of ‘leave well alone’ and this world could use a lot more common sense!
Best wishes from UK, M&P xx
Ya, that was great to watch even though we couldn’t understand it but those dogs are beautiful and so healthy, so why take them or even charge you with anything. What a SHAME
They made that fun to watch. Couldn’t understand it but it still showed the unconditional love and condition of the dogs. All very healthy and very happy and that you are very dedicated.
This is GREAT! Japan even was interested! Wonderful!
Wow this is absolutely fantastic and such fun – wish I had been there too – what a wonderful life it is for all concerned – how dare anyone take that away from them – and you !
