so when the trainers have the MARINES on the side, is it automatically a marine pilot in that jet or is it random? im curious becuase i was under the impression the training squadrons were technically navy

As long as you have a bachelors degree you could go to your Officer Recruiter. Thing is you will have to take a methacoline challenge or Pulmonanary function test at MEPs. If you didnt have any attacks or asthma symption at 13 or beyond your still eligable to atleast get tested.

Actually thats what a lot of guys think but so many of them do it that the precentage of them to be able to become pilots is pretty low. Sometimes depending on what everyone who is applying for flight slots has majored in can change what is the best major to be in. The military does not care as long as you have some kind of four year dgree, although they would like to see technical ones.

you need a bachelors from a 4 yr college before you can become a pilot.

The T-45 is a sleek looking trainer..kinda like the T-38. Remember the T-2 Buckeye..?, that was a workhorse plane.

You might want to get academics down so you can qualify for flight training. If you get accepted into the Naval Academy and graduate in the Aerospace/Aeronautical field you are pretty much guaranteed a seat in flight school.
