Emily’s First Solo Flight

On November 1, 2008, Emily made her first solo flight at Braden Airpark, Easton, PA. She is 17 years old! This video was shot by her dad, using the camera and editing program for the first time.

    with all due respect… you should have just taken your eye away from the camera.. you totally missed her first landing… good job emily

    its not that hard to learn to fly once you get the basic principles down. the hardest part i think is getting the landings perfect because there are many things that you have to do while your in the pattern.
    the cost for the private pilot depends on if your renting the plane and the instructor or if you have a plane and just need to have the instructor. expect to pay a couple thousand or more all together for your private pilot. its worth all the time and money though trust me.
