    Give the guy a break – refering to checklists is a must, maybe until you have 1000’s of hours not hundreds. He had passengers and was taking the whole thing seriously, and thinking safety. nothing wrong with that.

    yes i believe so. The POH says prime until fuel flow is indicated, which is what I did in this case, however I think only 2 or 3 seconds is really required.

    Great Job! But you did, btw, overprime it quite a bit, which is why it ran so rough after startup.

    awesome plane, i own one, but mines a double turbo prop, and its an 2007
