    Says nothing about been guareented any job…..cadetship is about offering a guareented Job!!!

    Congratulations to Jetstar with this great new program
    which will put the Right Talented people in the right place .Going to General Aviation
    is good Training but is a totally uncertain path . Most Pilots are Flying badly Serviced Old equipment and pressured to break the Rules .These bad habits do not make good Pilots in most cases.It is a waste to send the Right people to GA
    Cadet schemes are the way of the future without Scavenging too many Pilots from GA.
