This was also a test flight prior to a proposed transatlantic ferry trip to check out what was wrong and needed fixing and these guages failed after departure probably due to lack of use !!!. The ferry trip never took place due to other reasons but I got the B17 type rating on my FAA licence.

Whats the situation at around 8:29 …the gauges seem to indicate 0 fuel pressure on one of the right engines and also 0 rpm..but MP looks ok….hard to tell exactly with the footage a little blurry….

Fantastic Video. Very well made and I love the soundtrack. What a delight that old bird must have been to fly. Cheers!
