Flight from Beaufort SC to Hilton Head SC

Alarus from ARW to HXD solo. A bit of a cross wind so I only used 1/2 flaps and carried some extra speed through my approach which is why there was a bit of float.

    I fly out of this airport all the time with my dad my grandfather starte this airport when it was just a dirt runway

    good alarus video, I have trained in one this year, the rudder has some serious power.

    Dennis was my CFI for my first 9 hrs or so then I was switched to Dru.

    I trained in the CH2 which was lucky for me because it was never down for any time during my training. It was a good plane.

    By far my favorite plane is the DA40 XLS. I just finished my checkout in that last week. Now I’m looking forward to a trip.

    Awesome…which was your favorite aircraft to train on? Was Dennis your CFI?
