Morristown’s Newest Weather Station

This past week “Radar” Roy, Castle Well Airpark’s newest resident (and webmaster), installed a Davis Instruments Wireless Vantage Pro2 weather station at his home to provide real time weather information for the airpark and nearby residents.
Roy’s weather station updates the Castle Well Airport’s website every five minutes with weather data and can also be programmed to email weather alerts.
Radar Roy will also be developing a data feed for web enabled cell phones so those on the go can easily stay abreast of weather data at the airpark.
Driving Instructions to Castle Well Airpart

Castle Well Airpark is located north of State Route 74 and east of Castle Hot Springs Road, on 251st Ave.
The entrance of the Airpark is gated, so if you’re planning on visiting one of the homeowners, be sure to obtain the gate code from them prior to heading out.
Prior to driving onto the runway, please come to a complete stop and look both ways and UP!
If you’re driving a large truck, please stay off the paved surfaces of the airstrip and drive in the dirt shoulder.
